You want that clean, crisp look. The same is true for the backyard. Landscaping has a tendency to get overgrown, and you want to keep that well-maintained.  Update your kitchen. Quartz countertops are replacing granite countertops. White cabinets and open shelving are more popular, and people are interested in a clean, modern look.  Update your flooring. Clean or replace carpet. A lot of people are taking carpet out of high-traffic areas, and hard floors are more popular—whether that’s hardwood, laminate, or tile that looks like wood.  Update the bathrooms.
